Anxiety
Everyone feels anxious from time to time.
Anxiety can be described as a strong and unpleasant feeling of nervousness or distress, and we experience it in various ways for different reasons/issues and at different stages of our lives.
It is a feeling of fear or nervousness about what is to come.
When these anxious feelings or as I call them ‘moments’ do not go away it can be unnerving and difficult to cope with daily life and may be a sign of an anxiety condition.
By coming to counselling and talking about your concerns I will help you to understand the type of anxiety you are experiencing and introduce various strategies and solutions to better lessen the unpleasant feelings/symptoms.
