Depression

On average, one in sixteen Australians are affected by depression every year.

It is a condition that involves the body, mood and thoughts.  It interferes with daily life and normal functioning.  Often feeling incredibly sad, moody or low for long periods of time (weeks, months or even years).

However, the good news is depression can be managed with the right professional help and at times collaboratively resulting in an effective and successful outcome.

How Can I help?

By working together and talking through different issues you may be experiencing, (past and present), I will be able to explore possible solutions, various treatments and including implementing specific theories, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT) and Solution Focus Therapy.
